Aspen Glen Picnic Area
Mill Creek Road, Big Bear Lake. Adventure Pass required for parking. Vehicles must be legally parked and not blocking travel lanes. Trash must be disposed in bins at the area or hauled out.

Barton Flats Snow Play
State Route 38, near Angelus Oaks. Adventure pass required. Vehicles must be legally parked and outside the white stripe of the roadway. There is no trash service. Pack it in, pack it out.

Maple Hill Trail
Maple Lane, Big Bear City. You can use the property for snow play during the winter but must not leave trash. If visible trash is found, the area is subject to immediate closure.

Rim of the World
Snow play areas west of Big Bear — along State Route 18 from Crest Park Picnic Area to Switzer Picnic Area; along State Route 18 east of Santa’s Village to just east of Heaps Peak and Allison Ranch Road; along State Route 18 from Green Valley Lake Road to the east highway gates at Snow Valley.
